Hello readers and viewers, it’s been a little while since I last wrote to you. I have been busy promoting my new book and juggling a serious arthritic flare in my hands that has dislocated the thumb CMC joint on my left hand, and because I am using my right hand more it has become quite painful too. Needless to say, I have been neglecting what I love to do the most which is writing. Let’s catch up.
So much has happened since my last entry. We have been subjected to a daily barrage of chaos, destruction and unconstitutional action from the new president Donald Trump. For months I refused to name him calling him 45 or 47, or under my breath something infinitely worse. However it struck me that not using his name, at least in my case, meant that I was reticent to speak his name and I did not want to give over to any form of fear or even allowing him to escape responsibility for the destruction he is wreaking not just on the US but on the world. In Trump we see lawlessness, vindictiveness and retribution, and most obviously heartlessness.
Tens and possibly hundreds of thousands of civil servants are without jobs in less than a month since Trump took office, whether they come from red states, blue states or purple states…good and talented workers have been thrown on the scrap heap, ridiculed and belittled, mocked and marked and callously booted out of the door they once walked through with pride as those with the privilege of serving the public. Billionaire and clown Elon Musk, behind sunglasses and a black cap carried a chainsaw onto the CPAC stage recently to highlight how he has taken a chainsaw to the government and its staff. It reminded me of national wrestling championships crossed with the Roman Colosseum. Real people, real families and communities are suffering as a result of his actions, yet he continues to mock them after he has destroyed them.
Trump and Musk, and Musk’s band of juvenile techno’s have been accused of breaching the privacy of Americans, potentially accessing their Social Security data and their financial and banking data too. All of this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the wrecking ball Trump, Musk and JD Vance, have taken to American society, government and way of life. And what is the end game? As a psychic and intuitive I have long felt the object of all of this is pure and utter greed and a lust for power and retribution.
Such are their travesties that those who voted for him, aside from his Maga base, are regretting their vote. A little late don’t you think? Sometimes karma arrives in real time and when it does, it leaves us in no doubt what our mistakes have been.
Internationally, the damage is equally as bad. Trump has taken that same wrecking ball and swung it high against America’s allies. He has all but pulled the US out of NATO, extorted Ukraine for its rare earth minerals and other resources, and upset Canada, Mexico, Greenland, Denmark, Panama and Colombia, all in the space of weeks. Germany France and the UK ready to string him and his sycophantic government from the nearest tree after the way in which he has sold out Europe for a partnership with dictator and war criminal Vladimir Putin. My own country, Australia, has been mercifully spared thus far, however I wonder for how long before it is our turn, and in what way he is going to try and extort us. My guess is that he will want even more military bases on our sovereign soil.
Heartbreakingly, he has told Ukraine to either accept a deal for America to take 50% of Ukraine’s rare earth minerals and other resources in perpetuity or he will turn off Starlink internet in their country. This would leave Ukraine unable to defend itself and unable to launch or repel drone and other attacks. Of course, a threat to turn off Starlink with the full backing of Starlink owner Elon Musk, should be a warning to other countries to find another satellite provider or be at the mercy of Trump/Musk’s blackmail in the future.
Now we are seeing fully the corruption greed, and cruelty of the highest order.
Yet for all the worry and anxiety we are labouring under, there is much to take heart in. Weekly street protests across all US states, unified legal action amongst civil rights groups and strong pushback from the state governments against Trump and Musk, show that we are with power and the freedom to exercise it.
A few weeks ago I caught up with Erika Robinson from In the Company of Cards, to talk about my new book Revealing Light – How Cancer Illuminated My Divine Blueprint. We spoke about how I took back my power when I was at my lowest ebb after my cancer diagnosis. I know only too well what it’s like to be at the bottom of that dark well, fearful and with no idea how to climb out. However, as soon as we look up, not down, and as soon as we find our courage and resolve, the light flows to us, illuminating our pathway upwards and onwards.
No matter how tough the going gets in the US and in the world, I choose to put my confidence into each and every one of us who stands strongly against the tyrants and cowards, and for a free, fair and prosperous future in which peace is our cornerstone.

Here in California we are being threatened to have telemedicine shut down, married women’s votes subjugated to their husbands and Trump is bringing the US postal service under him, guess why? Mail in voting of course. I am stressed out by this monster and his demon side kick. He doesn’t care about his popularity anymore because he plans on there never being another election again

Three things I would add: When he is with Musk he is subdued almost sedated: Musks son in the Oval Office saying what he said for the world to see is deeply disturbing: I think he wants a War so he can be a wartime president!! Hi Maryann. I am at a lost when I read about the horrors and destruction being played out. As a retired federal employee it breaks my heart that people are being thrown out like they are old rags. The crazy behavior has gone beyond America and is affecting the entire world stage. Every day I am saying “God help us”. You know as a younger person I was excited to become an adult and be a part of grown-up society. Never would I have thought things would be this insane. Maryanne, I am sorry to learn about your arthritis flare-up. I write to you from Florida, USA.
I received your book several weeks ago, but, haven’t been able to start to read it due to family responsibilities. The day I received your book I opened it and started reading the introduction. It was only then that I realized that this read had to be done in a quiet setting, free of interruptions. In April, I will be visiting a very dear friend of mine, in Washington State, who has been diagnosed with a staged 4 metastatic cancer. Her Dr said that testing showed that it was an extension of her breast cancer of many years ago. I will be taking your book with me, to read during my travels. And, who knows… I just might gift it to my friend.
I will end this letter by extending my gratitude to you, for your worries about what is happening in my country. You have definitely reached the hearts of many. Never doubt that. Now, go on… take care of what pains you. Take care.

Thank you Maryann. Villians aside, I personally am grateful for your reminder to look up and not down. My daughter has been suffering for a long time from a horrid pain condition and we have been experiencing very hard days. So a reminder to look up at the light was timely for both of us.
As for the enemies of the people of the US and the World, words fail me. All of those people who have lost or will be losing their livelihoods must be devastated. I expect that many of them will see their roles privatised to private corporations, or farmed out to AI corps. But it takes special kind of monsters to extort money from a country that’s been defending itself for three years. So many lives lost and destroyed because of the mass murderer, Putin, who must be gleeful.

I think the goal is to destroy our system of government and commerce so they can replace it with a system that benefits only those with power and money who agree with them. They intend to set up a system that will benefit them and their families for generations to come. Everyone else will be in servitude unable to stop working becoming the working poor.

Thank you for your thoughtful post and insight on 47. I shudder to think of what more he will bring to us and this country. I have been watching for many years and rarely comment. Interestingly, I noticed that you were using the Aquarian Tarot deck, which is the only one that have. (I am a double Aquarian with my moon in Aries. ) I picked it up in 1975 or 1976 outside a talk I had driven to in San Francisco (I was raised in the southern Bay Area), and was somewhat repulsed by the pictures in the standard deck. I also was first drawn to the arts by Astrology, but after awhile the amount of math required, it drained some of my enthusiasm.
When I married a military member, I put the deck away for many years, as I thought it would be deemed inappropriate. After my divorce 34 years later, and a trip back across the country to the western states with my daughter, I pulled it out after seeing you and Linda G. on YouTube. I watch both of you and many others, on YouTube (my tv broke, so I use my phone now); I pulled them out and started throwing again as I follow you and my other favorite readers.
I hope to get yours and Linda ‘s books at some point; but unfortunately, it is not in the budget now. I will, however, continue to enjoy your shows on YouTube and the wisdom you both share. Thank you for sharing your many insights and thoughts with your followers.

You are a beacon of light, and so is your wonderful book, for reminding me of the power of positivity to fight the good fight! Thank you so much.
As for fighting the good fight here in the US, inspiration can be found in these examples: Governor of Illinois state of the state address reminding Trump of this country’s foundation, Maine’s governor slap back to Trump reminding him of the rule of law, and a former NFL player’s thoughtful comments to the Huntington Beach Council about what Maga really stands for before he was removed from the public meeting. These examples, and more, are what keep me hopeful that democracy will prevail.
I’m starting to refer to the man as “Don Trump.” To him it will be a belittling insult…

It has given me courage but also joy for I have never understood what it was with Robin Williams. As evolutionary astrologer, I did his transit chart and he had been under a very intense Pluto to Mars transit and I kept wondering if that did it. I did not understand about his diagnosis. So thank you. I feel very close to you and your sister.

Marianne, I totally sympathize with your arthritis, which plagues me too. I’m 75 (ye gods) and have been using APPLE CIDER VINEGAR daily since my 50s to address the pain. This is no doubt “grandma medicine” — what doctors will not tell us, but which works. Easy recipe is 1x daily, take 1 Tablespoon of ACV in as much water as you need. Within 2 weeks you will notice a major difference pain level. Best of luck to you~! I LOVE your Tarot readings and all else, and please receive my thanks. Very unfortunately, the USA has been dealt a severe blow to democracy. The constant misinformation, rule breaking & downright greed is disheartening. A positive attitude I believe will help us get through this disastrous time. I’m in western United States, and a baby boomer. After a two months of shock and disbelief that this is our new reality, I’m struggling against sadness &, grief taking the place of hope. BUT, when watching a video of a man’s near death experience (NDE), he repeatedly said: “…but don’t worry…everything will be alright” referring to these terrible times. It reminded me that our visit to earth is temporary and our spirits (far more important than these carbon-based meat-suits) WILL transcend to our lighter selves. I take inspiration in this.

Thank you for having a place where we can comment freely and in peace. Remember that the last day of February is a no purchases day for Americans. Refrain from purchases of any kind in silent protest on that day. It’s especially there for those who are having difficulty boycotting places because of need. They are going to do it several days a month. I have noticed empty parking lots at my McDonald’s, Home Depot, and Target in my home town. People are making a difference. We need to save our $ anyway. Thank you for sharing your gift with the rest of the world. I also had a breast cancer diagnosis in 2007, but it was caught very early and I was confident then, I was going to recover. I was spared chemotherapy and I required a lumpectomy & radiation.
As soon as I heard about your book, I wanted to purchase it but wouldn’t order from Amazon. Will not buy from the U.S. or buy any made in America items as long as Trump is in power. Won’t be travelling there either.
I discovered through your email, I could order through U.K. and that is what I did. I look forward to reading your book.

Love your book.. I cried my eyes out in chp 27 and barely functioning in chp 28. I cared for my brother through his lost battle with colon cancer. He wasn’t diagnosed until stage 4 and they simply couldn’t get his tumor to shrink to do radiation or surgery. He went toxic one too many times. He was 3 years older and we were very, very close . I never knew life without him, and he could always make me smile. I completely broke down after chp 28. Shocked me as he passed in 2011..I’m teary writing this. I’m so happy that you were able to fight the good fight and win. Our mother passed from stomach cancer when I was 10 and he 13..it was extremely difficult for him to realize that he would die from cancer as our mother did. Thank you for writing this. I know how tough that must have been, but thank you…and thank you for your you tube channels👍🫶💞

Mary Ann I believe there is a way or app that college students speak there papers to there computers and it types them. Maybe this could work for you do you font have to write or type with your sore hands it’s worth looking into
One word I haven’t noticed being used to describe this administration: Hate. They are bound together by hatred. But that is never the stronger vibration. So, it looks as if hatred in all those greedy egos will be their downfall. They are not united in a good cause, but in several selfish, self-centered causes. Their footing is built on corruption. Definitely not a stable foundation. Rejoice!
Thank you for your book. I am learning from it. I recently became aware that I am clairaudient. I kept hearing there would be more plane crashes, and then they kept happening (upsetting). I know what they are doing and why, and it leads to worry and distress. I am an emotional empath and feel everything deeply.
Thank you Maryann! Do take good care of yourself. With these troubling times upon us we all need to take heed. Here in Canada I believe we are attempting the good fight. Not sure where it will lead us and how it will impact us but it feels good to see many Canadians banding together. At least it feels like we aren’t going to take it sitting down. Precarious as it may be changing leaders in the near future I’m glad Trudeau is still here and busily taking meetings and making plans before he goes. I have hope for Mark Carney 🙏 Bloody ignorant American politicians continue to think it’s funny to insult us even face to face about being the 51st! With our provincial leaders going down to meet with theirs in person, they think it’s clever to joke about it. And in Brussels when they tried to joke about the Canadian pin he was wearing; Charlie Angus shut them down cold ! He’s someone who is calling it without hesitation. Unbelievable how out of touch they are.
